Cocoa Liquor
Also known as Cocoa Mass, is the first Cocoa derivative that we market; it is obtained from previously cleaned cocoa beans which have been crushed and winnowed to remove the shell, then roasted, ground and well tempered in order to obtain good crystallization. We package it in 25Kg boxes.

Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter is obtained by pressing the cocoa mass which has the effect of separating the cocoa fat (butter) from its solid matter. This fat will be filtered and tempered in order to obtain a good crystallization. We package it in 25Kg boxes.

The Cake, just like the butter is obtained by pressing cocoa mass, indeed it is essentially made of solid matter unlike butter.
