
ACC Cameroon Managers





Josiane TCHOUNGUI has been the Managing Director of ACC since September 2023.
She brings to ACC 28 years of experience in Finance acquired from several positions from Management to Executive Management at Yaoundé Catholic Institute, Holding Parpharm Agro-Industries, Ecobank Cameroon, Standard Chartered Bank Cameroon and BGFIBank Cameroon.
Before joining ACC, she served as Managing Director at Orabank Bénin for five years.
She holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management of Banks and Financial Institutions from IESEG of Lille and Executive Certificates in Management, Finance and Governance from HEC Paris, London Business School and UK Institute of Directors.
Josiane is Cameroonian, married and mother of two.


With over 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Sylla has built a rich and varied career within multicultural environments, spanning the African, European, American, and Asian continents. His journey in the agro-industry sector, supplemented by a brief stint in mining, allowed him to acquire deep and diverse expertise.
He had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned multinational companies such as Barry Callebaut (Switzerland), ADM Cocoa (USA), and Olam (India), where he demonstrated his ability to adapt and excel in international contexts. His skills in organization and the implementation of integrated IT systems have been major assets in
these roles.
His background in Finance provided him with a solid theoretical foundation, reinforced by years of practice and application in complex and dynamic situations. This combination of academic knowledge and practical experience enables him to approach professional challenges with an analytical and strategic perspective, ensuring optimal and sustainable results for the organizations he collaborates with.
Today, with this rich background, he continues to engage with passion and determination in each industrial project of the Atlantic Group, bringing a global vision and sharp expertise to the service of innovation and operational excellence.
Alban BRICE YOUNGOUA is an engineer graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds a master’s degree in Global Management & Manufacturing from the University of California Irvine (UCI).
He joined ATLANTIC COCOA CORPORATION CAMEROON in 2021 as Director of Raw Material Sourcing and Sustainability; Today QHSE Director of the same entity, he is in charge of the Integrated Management System (Quality Management System & Food Safety Management System), Health, Safety, Human Rights & ESG policies.
Before taking up this position, he led the design and implementation of numerous industrial projects in Cameroon and Central Africa sub-region and notably acquired his professional agro-industrial expertise over the years in Palm Oil and Tobacco.
Passionate about aeronautics and space, Alban began his professional career at AIRBUS OPERATIONS as DIgital Hardware Manager on the Digital Core Project that now equips the autopilot systems of Airbus A320 Neo, A330 Neo and A350. He also holds the ATPL.


Nathan LEZOU joined ACC in December 2023 as Plant Manager. He leads production efforts including the organization of the operational activity of different plants and the technical service.
With over a decade of experience at Barry Callebaut as Engineer and then at Buhler West and Central Africa as salesperson and manager of cocoa innovation center, Nathan is an expert in facilities maintenance and cocoa processing.
He holds a master’s degree in industrial Mechanic and Automation from INPHB (Institut National Polytechnique Felix H B).
Hermann YAO is an agronomist, graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute of Yamoussoukro (RCI). He is the Commercial Director of Atlantic Cocoa Corporation Cameroon since June 2021, in charge of the entire supply chain, from raw materials procurement to sales, including sustainability aspects.
Hermann has more than 17 years of experience in the cocoa sector through various positions across the cocoa value chain (cocoa bean procurement, sustainability, logistics), working in major international cocoa processing companies, ADM Cocoa and OLAM.
He is passionate of cocoa and embraces the group founder's vision of a sustainable Africa driven by people with creativity and excellence.
