
ACC Ivory Coast Managers






As the Head of Atlantic Group Cocoa Business since September 2023, GNINAHOPHIN Pierre Ouattara oversees the global cocoa activities of the group.
He is additionally Managing Director of ACC Cote d’Ivoire which has a 48 000 MT cocoa grinding plant operating in Abidjan since October 2024 and a 64 000 MT cocoa grinding and pressing plant in construction in San Pedro.
He has 25 years of experience in cocoa field with 8 years at ACC Cameroon at different positions, from Project Director to Managing Director of this 48 000 MT cocoa grinding and pressing greenfield plant.
Before joining ACC, he worked for 17 years at ADM COCOA Cote d’Ivoire at several positions. His latest position was Country Operation Manager.
Pierre holds a Mechanical Engineering Diploma from INSET Yamoussoukro (Institut National Superieur de l’Enseignement Technique).

Dominique GBESSO is the Project Director of Atlantic Cocoa Corporation San Pedro’s green field cocoa processing plant.
He joined Atlantic Cocoa Corporation in 2016 as Technical Manager of ACC Cameroon. After overseeing the Cameroon green field cocoa processing plant project, He successfully led the plant operations focusing on site and quality management system certification such as ISO9001and FSSC22000 as well as empowering new hiring staff and continuous improvement.
Prior to ACC, Dominque served in a graduate program in Quality, Safety, Environment and Project Management at ADM Cocoa and at SUCSO as the Head of Processing Dominique is an Industrial Engineer from the National Polytechnic Institute, Yamoussoukro, with enhanced professional credentials through various certificates including certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA), certificate in Operations Management from Wharton Online University (Pennsylvania) and certificate in Investment Analysis from the World Bank. He holds an MBA from Sorbonne Business School (Paris) and a master’s degree in law, Economy and Business Management from Paris Panthéon I University.
Sekongo is a statistician economist, graduate of ENSEA Abidjan (National School of Statistics and Applied Economics), with over 10 years of expertise in the cocoa industry.
Prior to joining ACC CI, she held key positions at the Regulatory Authority of the Coffee-Cocoa Sector in Côte d’Ivoire (CCC), where she advanced as a Senior Commodities Trader, making significant contributions to the regulation and management of the coffee-cocoa industry in Ivory Coast.
Since October 2024, Josette has been serving as Commercial Director at ACC CI, where she oversees cocoa bean purchasing activities, the development of sustainability within the supply chain, and the sales and export of the company’s products.
Her leadership and strategic vision are at the heart of the company’s expansion, as she works to strengthen ACC’s international impact while ensuring responsible practices and sustainable growth.


With over 20 years of experience in the cocoa industry at different positions, from quality Manager at PRONIBEX and Ivoire Cacao Compagnie to QHSE Director at CONDICAF, Magnafie leads the Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental operations at ACC CI, overseeing activities across the San Pedro and Abidjan sites.
Prior to joining ACC CI, she served as DQHSE at CONDICAF for six years, driving key initiatives to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sustainable practices.
Magnafie holds an engineering degree in Quality Management from Institut Africain de la Qualité Totale (IAQT) and has an academic background in Chemistry and Food Engineering (BTS). She continuously reinforces her professional skills by attending numerous trainings.
Magnafie is married and a mother of one.
She served as Project Manager for 3 years at Atlantic Financial Group before joining ACC team in September 2024.
Laetitia owns a Master degree in Bank and Finance added to a Bachelor degree in Companies Management from CESAG (Centre Africain des Etudes Supérieures en Gestion)
