The internship or placement program is designed to provide students the opportunity to consolidate their theoretical foundation through practical experience.
A major component of this experience is the formation of a professional attitude. The students are expected to develop their personality and capacity to adapt and handle, challenging situations in the real business world.
To qualify, you must be enrolled in a university and be looking for a placement that will last between two months and one year.
ACC Young Graduate Program
Every year we look for university graduates from around the country to join us at ACC. We need people with the aspiration, enthusiasm and the talent to help us move forward and to change the world and deliver our vision to pioneer sustainable Cocoa Processing.
This program aims to help you take a good departure with your career, joining on a development pathway that will assist your growth into specifically skilled positions, that are recognized to be critical and within strategically important areas of ACC.
We have opportunities across all our divisions within a multitude of functions – Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, Logistics, Marketing, to name but a few! We are also proud to offer an international mobility between Cameroon and Ivory Coast.
