Quality and Food Safety Policy

Taking into consideration the highly competitive environment of the marketing of cocoa-derived products, as well as the needs and expectations of the various interested parties, it is necessary to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) covering all the requirements related to the quality and sanitary safety of food.

This Integrated Management System, which involves the active and dedicated participation of all ACC staff, is the system enabling us to meet the needs and expectations of our various interested parties.

Our strategy to achieve these ambitious goals is focused on:

  • Listening to and satisfy our customers in terms of delivery time, costs, accuracy and reliability of analysis results, processing of customer complaints and non-conformities;
  • The adequacy of competence and technical needs by continuous training of the staff and motivation improvement by a better communication and working conditions;
  • Improving our activity performances in terms of volumes, costs and lead times for supplies, production and dysfunction reduction;
  • Food safety, health, safety of personnel and infrastructures.
For each of these axes, clear objectives are assigned and assessed during periodic management reviews in order to continuously improve the Integrated Management System.
